Check-in Policy   
At the time of check-in, a photo ID and physical debit/credit card must be supplied. Check-in may be denied if valid identification is not provided.

Child Policy    
Children aged under 12 are permitted to share the room at no extra cost. Any additional bedding required is subject to availability and may incur additional costs. For further details, please refer to the "Rollaway Beds" section.

Age Policy        
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at the hotel unless accompanied by a legal guardian or responsible adult.

Rollaway Beds        
Each room type has a maximum occupancy of two guests. Additional beds are subject to availability and incur extra charges. Please be aware that certain room types cannot accommodate additional beds. For more details on room types, please reach out to our reception team.

Baby Cot   
Portable cots are subject to availability and charges.

Airport Transfer

Parking    
The Melbourne Hotel provides on-site self-parking service at a rate of $30 per night. Parking spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that parking availability is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed prior to check-in.

In the event that all parking bays are occupied upon your arrival, kindly speak to our front desk team for discounted offsite parking tickets.

Accessibility    
The Melbourne Hotel is fully accessible. Accessible rooms and bathrooms are available in some room categories at the Hotel.

Smoking Policy        
The Melbourne Hotel has a no-smoking and vaping policy. This is inclusive of our Rooftop Bar, and Verandah.

Payment Policy
Valid Credit Card details are required to guarantee the booking. Please note that for all bookings, the hotel requires the payment of all applicable accommodation charges prior to or at check-in, and payment will be processed according to the respective rate plan booked.

All Visa and Mastercard incur a1.5% surcharge whilst American Express, Diners Club and Union Pay cards attract a 2.5% surcharge.

Pre Authorisation Policy
In addition to room charges, a credit card pre-authorisation of $100 per night will be processed as a guarantee for any incidental charges incurred. Please be advised that Mastercard & Visa Debit cardholders must provide a $300 pre-authorisation.

The pre-authorised amount held by the credit card company may affect your available funds or spending limit, serving as a temporary hold for guarantee purposes. Please note that it might take several days for your credit or debit card provider to release this hold.

The Melbourne Hotel has a zero-tolerance policy on antisocial behaviour or behaviour that is deemed to be disruptive to other guests. This behaviour may be defined as:
 
•    Any situation where the maximum number of guests allowed per room or suite is exceeded.
•    Any situation where the noise level from a guest room or suite is deemed too high thereby disturbing other hotel guests.
•    Any situation whereby excessive traffic to/from the guest room or suite is identified.
•    Any situation where it is deemed that intoxication is occurring or that excessive alcohol is present.

In the event that any guest is identified as having a party or displaying antisocial behaviour, the hotel reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the room or suite up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the guest room or suite to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night's accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fittingbreakage, as well as for any required repairs.

Membership
The Melbourne Hotel Membership is non-transferable and is only valid for the individual named on the membership account. Each member can book up to four rooms on membership rates, providing the member is staying in one of the rooms, and the dates of the second room are the same as the stay dates of the room occupied by the member.

The name provided at the time of membership enrolment and booking confirmation is considered final and non-transferable. Members are responsible for ensuring that the name on the booking matches the name on the member account. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes to the primary guest's name will be allowed. On rare occasions where a member's booking requires modification, kinldy note that additional charges beyond rate chnages may apply.
